It’s the thing that you see and
gasp.
In delight of pure misery
Yet my love will last.
But then like a wave crashing
Cold against the shore
Knocking down sandcastles unwelcomed
At their door,
The love is gone

hmmm, very interesting. i was a little confused, did you love personA and then meet personB who made you forget personA but then person B ended up hurting you? or was personA the one who hurt you?
other than that, I really like it :) especially the lines about the wave crashing on the beach knocking down the sandcastles
