Shadows in the Light
The heat of the sun can warm,
but it can also burn.
Burn into the very core of your existance.
Taunting you, willing you to hide away and disapper with your uniqueness.
Why should we hide from something that is so irrational to fear?
Who would even hide with us?
Are others even scared of the 'sun'? And if they are not, then why are we? These questions stop us from doing anything more.
That is why we do not run,
that is why we do not hide.
We just live in the dark shadows of our mind, of the world.
We just live in the shadows of the light.
